Research methods and techniques
Genetically engineered mouse models; chronic instrumentation of mice for long-term blood pressure and renal function studies; chronic renal intramedullary interstitial infusion in mice; 24 hr measurement of metabolism including oxygen consumption, activity, heat production; antisense DNA targeting; molecular biology methods for study gene expression and activity.
